The following terms and conditions apply to all money transactions between any person ("Client" here in) and Golden Eagle Golf & Travel Co., Ltd.
General Provisions
1. Regardless of the currency any client uses to transfer funds for any and all services, the amount of THAI BAHT or U.S. DOLLARS as shown on services cost tables or as quoted in specific e-mails pertaining to specific bookings, is the amount of currency which must be received by Golden Eagle Golf and Travel Co., Ltd. At the appropriate time for deposit or final payments clients will be advised by our management of banking coordinates for telex or swift transfer of funds or instructions for Drafts or Personal or Company or Corporate Checks.
2. Personal/Company/Corporate checks may be accepted where prior agreements with Golden Eagle Golf and Travel Co., Ltd. have been negotiated.
Invoice, Deposit, and Payment
These conditions apply to all Golf Tours or Holidays, General Travel, Sightseeing Tours or Holidays, Golf Instruction, School Programs, Wedding, Medical care, and Longstay.
1. Upon receipt of the Client's order, the Company confirms availability of the desired services in conformance with the requested arrival date and guarantees to make "confirmed" bookings and or reservations on/in the clients behalf. The Company then transmits an advice of confirmation(s) and an associated invoice to the Client by fax or email.
2. The Client reviews the advice of confirmation and invoice and transmits any necessary or required changes to the Company by fax or email. When the requested changes can be accommodated, the Company will transmit an amended advice of confirmation and invoice to the Client by fax or email.
3. The client accepting all bookings and confirmations and in agreement with the invoice, a deposit equal to 50% of the total transaction amount is required when the client's arrival date in Thailand is more than 45 days in future. The remainder of all funds owed to the Company must be paid in full maximum 15 days prior to clients arrival in Thailand.
4. Where clients require services and their desired date of arrival is less than 30 days in future mutually acceptable deposit and full payment arrangements will dealt with on a case by case basis.
5. The company strongly recommends the use of any acceptable "Travel Insurance" as a guard against unforeseen cancellations which may cause the client inconvenience.
Refunds
If a booking for services is canceled prior to the scheduled arrival date, monies/funds previously received by the Company will be refunded to the Client per the following schedule:
